Elsah String Band is a professional  acoustic music trio named after a quaint river town on the Mississippi near near St. Louis, Missouri. Barbi Durdle, Jim Hostler and Troy Weidenheimer create a unique blend of voice, mandolin, guitar, and bass on a wide range of contemporary folk, country, blues, and original music.  

In addition to folk concerts the the trio presents folk music camps for adults and teens at resort and urban venues around the country. The camps feature a wide range of vocal and instrumental workshops conducted by trio members and other skilled acoustic music instructors, fire-side jams, and evening student and teacher performances.
